1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Miami Keys (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile app and website at https://miami-keys.online. Contact: support@miami-keys.online.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you register, or name, email, and profile photo when you sign in with Google. Profile information you choose to add: bio, city/area, and avatar photo. Messages you send in in-app chat and through Help/Support. Favorites and search or filter choices you make while browsing listings. App usage events such as app opens, screen views, and listing views (with optional listing id), plus platform (iOS/Android). Device push tokens so we can send notifications. Optional diagnostic reports you submit (for example incident reports), including technical context you provide. We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, payment card numbers, or advertising identifiers for ads.
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and manage your account, show listings and personalized recommendations (such as For you and price context), enable chat and support, save favorites, send push notifications you allow, improve the product with aggregated analytics, and protect the service (security, abuse prevention). We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-app advertising tracking as defined by Apple.
4. Third-party services
We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting and database providers; Google Sign-In (authentication); Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service (push delivery); and listing data providers used to display Miami real estate information. These providers receive only what is needed to perform their services. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google Sign-In. We may also use AI-assisted features (for example price context or recommendations) that process listing and preference-related data to generate responses for you.
5. Sharing
We share information with the providers above as needed to run Miami Keys, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Chat and profile details you share may be visible to people you communicate with in the app (for example our team). We do not share your data with data brokers for advertising.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us (see Contact).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, turn off push notifications in device settings, and stop using the service at any time. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email us. If you signed in with Google, you can also manage Google account permissions in your Google settings.
9. Children
Miami Keys is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 where required). If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We may process and store information in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. By using Miami Keys you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
