By creating an account or using Miami Keys, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the service
Miami Keys helps users find Miami real estate listings for sale and rent, contact our team, and chat in the app. We may change service features at any time.
3. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Listings and content
Listing descriptions, photos, and details are provided by users and third-party sources. Miami Keys does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of listings. Use information at your own discretion.
5. Messaging
Use in-app chat respectfully and lawfully. Spam, harassment, fraud, and illegal content are prohibited. We may review reports and suspend violators.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not abuse the platform, gain unauthorized access, scrape data automatically, impersonate others, or post misleading listings.
7. Intellectual property
Miami Keys, its design, and software belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights to your content but grant us permission to display it in the service.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Miami Keys is not a party to transactions between users and does not provide legal, financial, or brokerage services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Miami Keys is not liable for indirect damages related to use of the service or interactions with other users.
10. Changes and contact
